Not drinking enough water can cause many adverse effects like digestive issues, skin issues, fatigue, headaches, bladder and even kidney problems. And we’ve all heard it, but we are made of mostly water and need a lot of it throughout the day. Keeping hydrated also has many benefits.

You might have heard all that before but did you know that if you are thirsty you are already dehydrated? So keep drinking water throughout the day even if you don’t feel thirsty.
